1) Why should I encourage my kids to yo-yo?

Yo-yoing offers many benefits to your child. It helps them build eye-hand coordination, confidence as they learn new tricks, and socialization skills as they perform those tricks for others. Best of all, yo-yos move kids away from the television and video games.

2) How much will it cost my child to get started?

New players and kids under seven will do best with the "Brain" yo-yo. This yo-yo has a special clutch which helps it to easily return to the hand. It comes in a variety of colors, and it handles the basic tricks well. It sells for $11.99. We recommend a trick book and some spare string with the Brain.

Other yo-yos offer different advantages depending on the type of tricks a player wants to do and their level of experience.
